House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee Members Highlight the Need for Urgent PBM Reforms

Last week, the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Health held a hearing entitled, “An Examination of How Reining in PBMs Will Drive Competition and Lower Costs for Patients.” Members discussed the many ways PBMs are hurting their constituents, including:
